Panorama Aero Delivers Pilatus PC-12 to Texas Department of Public Safety to Support Expanded Aviation Operations

Austin, TX — Panorama Aero is proud to announce the successful delivery and lease of a Pilatus PC-12 NG to the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS), supporting the agency’s critical transport and lift operations across the state. The aircraft supplements DPS’s already demanding Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) missions by adding much-needed airlift capacity.

This particular PC-12 brings with it a rich operational history, having originally served in the U.S. Navy’s pilot training program. Its proven performance and robust pedigree made it an ideal fit for Texas DPS’s dynamic mission profile.

Delivered in October 2024, the aircraft was integrated into DPS’s air operations on an accelerated timeline through a strategic collaboration with Berry Aviation, a San Marcos-based FAA Part 145 operator. Panorama’s rapid sourcing and reconfiguration ensured full compliance with state procurement protocols and seamless integration into DPS’s existing fleet.
